Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details (such as names, photos, and shipping addresses) when placing an order.

Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we begin production shortly after receiving your order.
Therefore, cancellations are not accepted once production has started. -
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, changes may not be possible.

Any corrections required due to incorrect information provided by the customer (like wrong photo uploads, spelling errors, or address mistakes) may incur additional costs.

These additional charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and determined based on courier or reprinting requirements.

Since each 3D Giftify product is custom-printed and made to order, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you find any physical damage, defects, or manufacturing errors:-
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product.

Provide clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

Once verified, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
Note: Minor variations in color, brightness, or finish may occur due to display or printing differences β these are not considered defects.

Refunds will be issued only if 3D Giftify has made an error in processing or producing your order.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).

Please allow 5β7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

If a confirmed error has occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect product, wrong print, or damaged item), we will replace the product at no additional cost.

Replacements will be shipped within 5β7 business days after verification of the issue.

Customers must report issues promptly (within 48 hours of delivery) to qualify for a free replacement.
