🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (such as festivals, flash sales, or personalized bulk orders), processing times may extend by a few additional days.

  • If any major delay occurs, we’ll notify you promptly by email or phone.

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We offer domestic shipping across India and international shipping to select countries.

  • Typical delivery time:

    • Domestic (India): 3 – 7 business days

    • International: 7 – 15 business days

  • Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and courier service availability.

📦 Delivery Delays

Occasional delivery delays can happen due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier network issues, customs clearance, etc.).

🏠 Shipping Address

3D Giftify ships to valid residential, business, and P.O. Box addresses across India.
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.

🔍 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s) and courier details.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

3D Giftify is not responsible for additional fees charged during or after shipping.

💥 Damaged or Lost Packages

3D Giftify is not liable for any product damaged or lost during transit.
If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

  2. Retain all packaging materials and the product until the claim is resolved.

  3. You may also notify us so we can assist where possible.

📬 Delivery Policy

  • Most orders are delivered within 3 – 7 business days (domestic).

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 15 days.

  • If your product hasn’t been delivered within 21 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
